Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan Pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Roti bakar 88 Taman sari, Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung, membeli dan makan Roti bakar 88 Taman sari, Tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan Metode Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
